Smoothie Bowl
Method
Place all the base ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth, scraping and mixing several times with a spatula until smooth. Thin to your desired consistency with a little more almond drink if you prefer
Pour into a bowl and top with fresh mango, passionfruit, granola, and toasted coconut flakes.
INGREDIENTS
200g frozen mango – (1.5 – 2 cups)
3/4 cup almond milk
1 small sliced frozen banana
3 tbsp Cocos Organic Mango Passionfruit coconut milk yog
To Serve
