Place all the base ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth, scraping and mixing several times with a spatula until smooth. Thin to your desired consistency with a little more almond milk if you prefer
Pour into a bowl and top with fresh mango, passionfruit, granola and toasted coconut flakes.
