Oat Crumble

Method
Preheat the oven to 180C / 160 fan

Place the frozen berries into an ovenproof dish (28 x 19 x 5cm), drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon. Toss to combine

In a mixing bowl, add the oats, ground + flaked almonds, maple syrup, coconut oil, cinnamon + peanut butter. Mix to combine

Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the berries and bake for 30 – 35 minutes or until golden and slightly bubbling

Serve with Cocos Organic Mixed Berry coconut milk yog.

INGREDIENTS

Base
600 – 700g frozen mixed berries + cherries

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp ground cinnamon

 

Crumble
145g (gluten free) jumbo oats

100g ground almonds

20g cup flaked almonds

2 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil, melted

4 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp ground cinnamon

1 heaped tbsp peanut butter
