We fold organic Bourbon vanilla, seeds and all, into our thick coconut yog, so you can see the specks in every spoonful. It tastes soft and warm without being sugary: there's just 2.3g of sugar per 100g. It's the one to eat straight from the pot. It also works anywhere you'd use a vanilla yogurt or custard: over fruit, with granola, alongside a warm crumble or layered into a parfait.

Storage
Keep refrigerated. Do not freeze. Once opened, eat within 3 days. Use-by date is on the side of the pot.
