Yes. Our yogs are approved by the Vegan Society, with no dairy, gluten or soya.

Yes. All our products are free from gluten and soya.

Our Natural yog and kefir have no added sugar. Our fruit flavours include organic raw sugar in the fruit purée, and Vanilla includes invert sugar syrup in its organic vanilla.

There are no allergens in any of our products.

Live cultures are live microorganisms, including beneficial bacteria, that play a role in supporting our gut microbiome. A healthy, balanced gut microbiome is important for digestion and overall wellbeing. Our coconut yogs and kefirs contain billions of live and active cultures in every pot.

Our yog includes Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis and Lacticaseibacillus acidophilus; our kefir includes BB-12®, one of the world's most researched culture strains.

The use-by date is on the side of the pot or bottle. Keep refrigerated, and once opened, enjoy within 3 days.

No, please don't freeze it. Keep it in the fridge.

Follow the guidance on the pack and your local council's rules. Our 400g pots can be separated and recycled, and our kefir bottles and lids are widely recycled: just rinse first.
