Blackberry Overnight Oats
Method
In a large bowl, mix the oats with the almond milk and optional sweetener (coconut honey or maple syrup). Cover and refrigerate overnight. If you’re short on time, you can let the oats rest for just 15-20 minutes until they soften.
When ready to serve, top the overnight oats with mixed berry coconut yog, blackberries, and a sprinkle of granola.
INGREDIENTS
150 g jumbo oats (optional: use gluten-free oats)
400 ml unsweetened almond drink or dairy-free milk alternative of choice
1 tsp coconut honey or maple syrup, or to taste
To Serve
100 g blackberries
2-3 tbsp Cocos Organic mixed berry coconut milk yog
Sprinkle of granola
